The closest neighborhood to the ships

Port Boulevard starts at Biscayne Boulevard beside Bayside Marketplace; the bridge onto Dodge Island is right there. Downtown hotels are the shortest run we operate. People still book transfers for it because walking a mile across a bridge with a week's luggage is not realistic, and taxi ranks thin out on cruise mornings.

Arriving by Brightline train

Brightline's MiamiCentral station is in Downtown, connecting Miami to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando. Travelers coming from Orlando or Palm Beach by train can book a transfer from MiamiCentral to the ship: tell us your train time and we meet you at the station. Allow for train delays — choose a train that arrives at least two hours before your check-in time.

Event days Downtown

Games and concerts at the Kaseya Center on Biscayne Boulevard, and events at Bayfront Park, close lanes and fill the streets around Port Boulevard. We check the event calendar for your date and adjust the pickup time.

Most cruise lines give each guest a check-in (arrival) time during online check-in, and ask everyone to be aboard 60–90 minutes before sailing. These pickup times allow for a cruise-morning drive plus a 20-minute buffer for luggage drop and terminal queues.
