Groups that arrive on several flights, stay at several hotels or leave at different times need a plan more than a big vehicle. We coordinate several vehicles under one dispatcher and one reservation, at flat all-inclusive prices.
When the group arrives on different flights
Reunions and weddings rarely fly in together. Three ways to handle it:
- Separate vehicles per flight — each sub-group is collected as it lands and goes straight to the hotel or ship. Simplest, and nobody waits.
- One large vehicle, one meeting time — everyone gathers at baggage claim for the last flight. Cheapest per person, but early arrivals wait.
- Night-before hotel — flights land whenever, each party gets an airport-to-hotel ride, and one large vehicle takes everyone to the ship together in the morning. Our recommendation for groups over 10.

Groups staying at several hotels
We can run one vehicle that collects at two or three hotels in the same area, or send a vehicle to each. Tell us the hotels; we will suggest the route and pickup times.
On sailing day
- We confirm the manifest and terminal letter with your organizer the day before.
- The organizer gets the dispatcher's and chauffeurs' numbers.
- Large vehicles use the terminal's coach lanes; porters take tagged bags at the curb.
After the cruise
Groups usually split again: some fly home at noon, some stay on. We stage separate vehicles for each flight window and a hotel run for those staying. Book the return when you book the arrival.

Cancellation terms for groups
- Sedans, SUVs and vans: more than 7 days before travel, 25% cancellation fee; within 7 days, no refund.
- Minibuses, motor coaches and hourly charters: more than 30 days before travel, 25% fee; within 30 days, no refund.

Can one person book transportation for the whole group?
Yes. One organizer books and pays; each sub-group gets its own pickup details.
Can we add people after booking?
Yes, subject to vehicle capacity — tell us early and we upgrade the vehicle if needed.
