How debarkation-day pickup works

  1. The night before: your cruise line gives you a disembarkation time or luggage-tag color/number. Text it to us — it tells us when to stage.
  2. On the morning: your vehicle is waiting at the ground transportation area for your terminal before your group is called. You have your chauffeur's mobile number.
  3. After customs: collect your bags in the terminal, walk out, and text the chauffeur. Large vehicles stage in the commercial area; your chauffeur walks to meet the group.
  4. On the way: 15–30 minutes to MIA via Port Boulevard and SR-836, drop-off at your airline's departures door.

Self-assist walk-off (carrying all your own bags off the ship) is usually the earliest way off. If you choose it, tell us — we stage earlier.

Why not just get an Uber at the port?

On a big turnaround morning several ships empty at once and thousands of passengers try to leave Dodge Island together. Rideshare pickup zones get crowded, prices rise with demand, and you wait with all your luggage. A pre-booked vehicle is already there, sized for your bags, at a price you knew weeks ago.
